The Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Maha Energy AB (publ) is planned to be held on Tuesday 27 May 2025 in Stockholm, Sweden.

The notice convening the general meeting will be published six to four weeks before the general meeting.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the general meeting may submit their proposals to the Board of Directors of Maha no later than Tuesday, 8 April 2025. Proposals, with a brief explanation of the proposal, should be sent to agm@maha-energy.com or Maha Energy AB, Eriksbergsgatan 10 4tr, SE-114 30 Stockholm, Sweden.
